Title: Balancing the Brand: Marketing Roxas While Working Multiple Jobs and Training Athletes
Running Roxas—my athletic and streetwear brand—has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done. It’s a vision born from my passion for movement, performance, and personal expression. But here’s the part they don’t glamorize: I’m also working multiple jobs and training athletes as a sports performance coach. And somehow, in the middle of that chaos, I’m trying to learn how to market this brand and grow it into something real.
This is about that journey.
Marketing on the Move

Whether I’m in the gym breaking down sprint mechanics or clocking hours at another job, Roxas is always in the back of my mind. But when it comes to actually getting the brand out there—advertising, creating content, building strategy—that’s a whole different muscle to train.
I didn’t go to school for marketing. I didn’t have a blueprint. I had to learn everything from scratch—what kinds of ads work on Instagram, how to get real engagement, how to turn someone from a casual scroller into a loyal customer.
The key was starting small. I began by showing up consistently—posting content that felt real to the Roxas identity. Streetwear that moves like athletic wear. Training gear that looks just as good off the field as it does on it. That duality became the brand’s core—and the way I tell that story visually and verbally matters.
The Hustle Behind the Scenes

Let’s be honest: it’s not easy balancing everything. I’m not sitting in a creative studio all day planning ad campaigns. I’m shooting content in between training sessions, editing reels on my phone, running ads late at night, and learning from every click and conversion.
I treat my time like a workout. Each block of focus—whether it’s planning a drop, studying analytics, or responding to DMs—is a set. And over time, it’s building something stronger.
Tools like Canva, CapCut, and Meta Ads Manager have been clutch. I batch content when I can, schedule posts, and use insights to pivot. Even with a full plate, you can move smart—because momentum, not perfection, is what keeps you going.
Staying True to the Brand

Roxas isn’t just clothes. It’s movement culture. It’s for people who live in that space between the gym and the street—athletes, creatives, grinders. So every piece of content, every campaign I put out has to reflect that.
I started leaning into that storytelling: showing workouts in Roxas gear, having athletes wear it in their natural element, documenting the real behind-the-scenes of balancing passion and work. People resonate with authenticity more than polished perfection.
That’s why my marketing isn’t just flashy graphics—it’s me living the brand. It’s my athletes repping it during drills. It’s the late-night warehouse clips. It’s the grind you can see, not just hear about.
Lessons I’m Still Learning
I’m not here to act like I’ve got it all figured out. Marketing is a constant experiment—what worked last month might flop next month. But what I’ve learned so far is this:
Consistency > Perfection: Show up, even if it’s not 100% polished.
Learn as You Go: YouTube, podcasts, and trial & error will teach you more than waiting for the “perfect” course.
Let Your Lifestyle Be the Campaign: Your story is the brand. Live it. Share it.
Focus on Community: Build with the people who believe in you early. They’re your foundation.
Final Word

If you’re trying to grow your brand like I am—while holding down multiple jobs and building others through sports performance—you’re not alone. Roxas wasn’t born in a boardroom. It’s being built on turf, concrete, and quiet nights grinding behind a laptop.
This path takes discipline. But if you stay consistent and stay real to who you are and who you’re building for, people will feel it.
So keep pushing. Keep creating. And keep rocking with the vision—even when it’s tough. Especially when it’s tough.
